1. GHWP Co-Chair visited SFDA and Chairman Wang Baoting

February 3, 2009 GHWP Co-Chairman Mr. Shah visit State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA), and GHWP Chairman Mr. Wang Baoting. The meeting mainly discussed the GHWP next three years work plan and 2009 detailed objects. The two sides exchanged views.

2. GHWP Co-Chair visited CAMDI 

Mr. Shah, the Co-Chair of GHWP visited China Association For Medical Devices Industry (CAMDI) in the morning of Feb. 3, 2009. Dr. Jiang Feng, the Chairman of CAMDI and Dr. Zhu Xuejun, executive deputy secretary general of GHWP warmly welcomed Shah and gave introduction to CAMDI. During the meeting, Dr. Zhu and Mr. Davey Han shared GHWP 2009-2011 work plan, secretariat working procedure and TC/WG 2009-2011 work plan with Shah.

3. Chairman Wang Baoting Issued the Consultant Certificates to Mr. Li Xiting and Dr. Pillay

February 6, 2009, GHWP Chairman Mr. Wang Baoting met Mr. Li Xiting who is the Vice Chairman of China Association For Medical Devices Industry (CAMDI) and GHWP Pre-Chairman Dr. Pillay. Chairman Wang issued the consultant certificate and clarified the role of the consultant to Mr. Li and Dr. Pillay. During the meeting, the GHWP next development plan had also be discussed.
