A) Background

GHWP is preparing for GHWP website revamp and the construction of Capacity Building Online Training Platform via open tendering and appointment of IT service vendors, to enhance user friendliness of GHWP website and to develop an e-learning platform for training and workshops for GHWP members and stakeholders worldwide.

In this context, GHWP is calling for the formation of IT & System Development Expert Team (for Capacity Building Online Training Platform and GHWP Website Revamp) to provide IT & system development related technical advisory, support, and review (e.g., review and comment on technical specifications).

B) Roles and Responsibilities of the IT & System Expert Team (for Capacity Building Online Training Platform and GHWP Website Revamp):

1. On voluntary basis
2. Nomination GHWP Member Countries/ Regions or Liaison Members
3. Team members are not required to make decisions, but to provide IT & system development related technical advisory, support, and review (e.g., review and comment on technical specifications in tender invitation, tender submission, implementation work plan and quotations prepared by IT vendor)
4. Period of service (Target start in June 2023 till completion of milestones, which may last till end of 2025)
5. Online meeting on a weekly/ bi-weekly basis. Each meeting will be 1-2 hours on weekdays.

C) Submission of Nomination

Invitation is opened for GHWP Member Countries/ Regions and Liaison Members to submit any nominations.
