Background

A NEW GHWP WG named “Working Group 7 (WG7) – Standards” is newly formed however with no Chair and Co-chair at this moment.

As according to the Terms of Reference (TOR) of GHWP, each WG shall have one Chair from the Regulatory Authority and one Co-chair from the Industry, the nominated WG7 Chair/Co-chair shall be elected during the coming 18th GHWP Meeting in Malaysia.

Besides, WG5 –Clinical Safety/Performance is currently led by Ms. Yuwadee PATANAWONG (Thai-FDA) as the Acting WG5 Chair appointed by GHWPTC Chairs.  Please submit the nomination form to Secretariat if you would like to nominate any other candidate for WG5 Chair (must from Regulatory Authority).

Who may propose nominations for WG7 Chair/Co-chair and WG5 Chair Election:

Both the following types are eligible:-

- GHWP Primary Representatives (Regulatory Authority), and  

- GHWP Primary Representatives (Industry)

Submission of Nomination

To nominate candidates for the new WG7 Chair/ Co-chair or WG5 Chair, Please submit the following 2 documents:-

i) The completely filled Nomination Form

ii) A brief CV (maximum 2 pages in A4 size paper) of the nominee

The submission should reach the GHWP Secretariat at “secretariat@ahwp.info” or by hand with attention to Bryan SO of the GHWP Secretariat on or before 12:00 noon (GMT+8), 3 Dec 2013.

Late submission will NOT be accepted.
